Shipping and Delivery Time
We deliver all in stock orders within 48 hours after order confirmation from our laboratory.
We currently only ship within mainland Spain.

Once shipped, the order is usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Our fast preparation and shipping process ensures your skincare products arrive fresh and at their peak potency.

Our 48-hour lab-to-home* promise may vary depending on batch timing, delivery location, and product type. If items are not in stock, they will be made freshly and hence the lead time would increase to 5-6 days. Travel-size minis are produced in larger batches, but every The Spanish Alchemist product is always backed by our 30-day freshness guarantee.

We like to keep things simple and transparent:
Free shipping on orders over €50 or €5.99 (No shipping to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands)

A little flexibility
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as you realize it. Once the order leaves the lab and is processed, it becomes much more difficult for us to redirect it.

We partner with top courier companies to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. While we make every effort to meet the 48-hour delivery timeframe, occasional delays beyond our control may occur.

Double-check your shipping information!
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is not collected from a pickup point within 3 to 5 days, we will refund the order. Please note that in this case, the original shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted.

Track your order
As soon as your package leaves our hands, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You will be able to track its journey at any time.
