Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the line. Anti-aging serums contain Encapsulated Vitamin C 5%, Matrixyl 3000 Peptides 3%, and Orchid Stem Cells 2%. Anti-blemish serums contain Encapsulated Vitamin C 5%, Azeloglycine 5%, Licorice Extract 1%, and Tranexamic Acid 2%. Anti-acne serums contain Niacinamide 3-5%, Salicylic Acid 2%, and Nelpure 2%.
Vitamin C is one of the most unstable active ingredients in skincare; it oxidizes on contact with air and light, losing its effectiveness before reaching the skin. Encapsulation protects it until the exact moment it penetrates the skin, ensuring that the 5% concentration reaches its target intact.
Matrixyl 3000 is the gold standard of anti-aging peptides. It sends direct signals to skin cells to produce new collagen and repair wrinkles from within. In combination with Vitamin C, which provides the necessary fuel to synthesize that collagen, and Orchid Stem Cells that reconnect the cellular network, they form the complete regenerating system of the Ageless Lift line.
Tranexamic Acid effectively inhibits melanin transfer, the process that generates dark spots, with excellent tolerability, even on sensitive skin. In serums for hypersensitive skin in the anti-spot line, Vitamin C is replaced by Niacinamide for greater tolerability.
Yes. 2% Salicylic Acid unclogs pores from within, dissolves accumulated sebum, and prevents the formation of new comedones. It works in conjunction with Niacinamide, which reduces inflammation, and Nelpure, which controls bacterial growth.
We recommend finishing the container within 3 months of opening to maintain the encapsulated active ingredients, especially Vitamin C, at their maximum potency.
Yes, with one exception. Serums containing Tranexamic Acid (hyperpigmentation line) are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The rest of the TSA serums do not contain retinoids and are safe. We recommend showing the INCI list to your doctor.
After cleansing and before moisturizing. First, the lighter, more concentrated products, then the denser ones that seal in the active ingredients.
